Wow Philippines

Philippines is a captivating place to visit, a collection of thousand islands and inhabited by hospitable and creative people. Philippines is really a "pearl of orient", no doubt many were tempted to invade it.
It was February 26, 2010 when i and my group mates had made had made a rush decision to visit Brgy. Basiao at Ivisan to conduct an interview to a resort manager in partial fulfillment of our ITE subject. It was my first time ti visit the place. Actually, I'm in doubt if it is worth to be there. The fare and the time is a matter but i took the risk.

We traveled about an hour and half from the city. We didn't bring even a lunch only a 5 sticks of banana cue. We bear in our mind that we have to do that for the sake of our project and we have to sacrifice for the cost. It was summer and the dust was so very heavy. Every time the jeepney stop to load and unload the passengers, the dust almost coat us. Instead of being annoyed, I enjoy the trip especially passing on a rough road and it is like riding in a roller coaster. While on the way I was entertained watching the greeny mountains and the huge farm.

It was almost 12:00 noon when we arrived at the resort. At the onset, I had read the name " Virgin Beach Resort". The banner is not so fascinating and the place isbeing at home. The resort is so an ordinary, less modernized. At the gate, I can't able to see the beach because it was covered with several trees. I can only view the sea water and heard it's clashing on the seashore. After the interview, I was given the chance to explore the place.I was surprised to see the place like in Boracay, white sand and blue sea water. A nice place to relax and even meditate. I was tempted to feel the coldness of water and touch the white sand. I thought, it is really worth to be there. How i wish i could go back in that place having a get together with my groupmates and celebrate our accomplishments...the chance to explore the hidden paradise, A God's creation made out of art and love.
